It retains the advantage of a normal cap, in that the peak helps to keep the sun out of your eyes, which is useful when fish spotting or casting, and it fits snugly on your head so wont easily fall or be blown off. But unlike a normal cap, it is made from a lightweight, water-repellent material which ensures that your head stays dry – plus if you are out in the rain, the peak will keep it out of your eyes or away from your polaroid glasses. The material is rip-stop, so if you do brush against brambles or similar whilst wearing it, then it isn’t easily damaged. One size fits all and it comes in a choice of olive green or black.

The material is incredibly lightweight and quick-drying, so even if you do get caught out in a shower, or even fall in, then it won’t take long for the Kore Kombat Shorts to dry.They are made from 150gsm rip-stop material, which is stretchy and allows freedom of movement, and is also tough enough to withstand walking through undergrowth, climbing trees and suchlike, without being easily damaged. The fabric also features built-in mosquito repellent, as well as having properties which help to wick sweat away from your skin.There is no shortage of pockets either, with one at each side, plus a Velcro fastened one on the outside of each leg, plus two at the rear.
