HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

Please visit https://kordaclothing.co.uk/a/service/ReturnsPortal? to begin a return request, you'll need your order number and email/phone number to hand.

Please note we offer returns on items 14 days from the date of purchase. If you're outside of the 14-day period, please contact us here

Simply tell us why you'd like to return the item(s) and provide photos if required, and then we'll let you know where to send your items.

Once items have been received, we request 7-10 working days to process your refund.

I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING BUT I DON'T HAVE THE DELIVERY NOTE

No problem! We use a returns system which uses your order number to find your order and create your return for you. Your order number can be found under "Your Orders" in your account area.

I'D LIKE TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Where possible we are happy to offer exchanges for a different size of the same product via our returns service.

HOW LONG WILL MY RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?

We aim to issue refunds on returns within 7 to 10 days of receipt of the item back into our returns department. Please be aware, this may take longer during busy periods.

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER TO A SHOP?

Unfortunately, all orders places through our online store must be returned to Kordaclothing.co.uk, if an item of clothing was purchased in a shop, then the shop you bought it from will handle the returns process.

ONE OF MY ITEMS IS FAULTY

We expect all Korda Clothing products reach you in perfect condition. If they haven't, please use our returns system as linked above to get the error rectified - or contact us at kordaclothing@korda.co.uk
