Specially designed
The Korda Polar Salopettes are the result of studying all of the challenges that face anglers on the bank during the colder months of the year, and we set out to ensure that these salopettes conquer them all with ease.
The result is a product that has been extensively tested by the Team Korda anglers, including Danny Fairbrass himself, and will ensure that your legs and torso always stay warm and dry, whatever the conditions.
Highly water repellent
These salopettes are constructed using a special water-repellent shell fabric to ensure that you stay dry.
This water-repellent fabric helps to prevent water from soaking in, meaning that it beads up and runs off, plus it has a nice soft-touch feel to it which makes it nice to wear, as well as being extremely practical.
Quick drying
Should you get caught out in a sudden rain shower then you can rest assured that not only will the Korda Polar Salopettes offer protection from getting soaked, but will also dry out quickly afterwards and stop things such as your sleeping bag from getting wet if you sit down on your bedchair.
Polar Fleece lining
These salopettes feature the same Polar Fleece lining which has made our Korda Polar Kombats so popular for so many years.
It is heavy duty and designed to keep you warm even when temperatures plummet below zero, but without being bulky and cumbersome.
A high quality zip runs the full length of the torso part of the salopettes, and also features a protective flap to keep out the cold, and which Velcros into place.
Carefully tailored for perfection
The front and back of the Polar Salopettes has been tailored to a high cut, so as to offer as much protection to your torso as possible and to prevent chilly draughts.
Fully adjustable shoulder straps and adjustable leg openings
This has been coupled with fully adjustable shoulder straps to keep them snugly in place, but at the same time not impeding your movement, such as when casting or playing fish, and also ensures that they will comfortably fit any body shape.
The waist also features Velcro ‘tabs’ that allow it to be tightened or loosened for the perfect fit – and also means it can be adjusted depending on how much clothing you’re wearing underneath.
Adjustable leg openings make it easy to put them on or take them off, whether you’re wearing boots or trainers, and provide a snug fit over the top to prevent unwanted draughts.
Storage via zipped chest and side pockets
There is a zipped storage pocket on the chest which is ideal for storing valuables that you want quick access to, such as car keys or your mobile phone.
Plus a zipped pocket on each side at waist levels offering convenient storage options or for keeping your hands warm.
Built to last
The Polar Salopettes are built from a durable material that has been designed to withstand the rigours of regular use on the bank and the types of situations which angling entails.
Triple stitching on the seams for extra longevity, plus any stress points also have reinforced stitching to ensure that they last even when repeatedly put under pressure.
