The Korda DRYKORE waterproof range of clothing has been specifically designed for anyone who is spending time outdoors and needs protection from the elements, and particularly anglers.
The DRYKORE clothing range features our own original custom designs which have undergone extensive testing by our Team Korda anglers, resulting in a large number of awesome, angling-inspired features, but which also makes it great for other outdoor activities as well – such as walking the dog or hiking with the family.
The Korda DRYKORE clothing range features very high quality waterproofs, with all the features that you would expect to find from a premium quality outdoor brand, and as well as being waterproof, the range is also breathable thanks to the industry-leading 15K fabric which has been used to construct the outer shell.
The fabric used in the construction of this clothing also ensures that it is incredibly lightweight, which is great when wearing it, as well as when transporting a jacket and trousers in your fishing gear. Or even away from the bank in a small rucksack when out on your bike or on a walk, as it folds down very small and is compact - with the jacket being able to be rolled up inside the hood.

Waterproof
The Korda DRYKORE jacket and trousers keep you completely dry and will not hinder your activity – whether that be casting, playing fish, or even hiking up the north face of Snowdon!
It is made from a lightweight outer shell constructed from an industry leading 15K hydrophilic membrane, which is taped and sealed at the seams, ensuring that it is completely waterproof.
Windproof
Whilst designed to be worn over the top of other clothing during the colder months, it also plays a big part in keeping you warm as it is impenetrable to wind, even the strongest gale can't get through it.
Breathable
The industry leading 15K rated lightweight shell is breathable, so this will help to avoid you sweating and causing clothing inside the jacket to get damp as you move around, especially with activities such as spodding, playing fish, climbing trees, or walking around the lake looking for carp.
Stretch Fit
As well as being waterproof and windproof, the high-tech woven material that we have used provides an exceptional stretch-fit, meaning that whilst the jacket and over trousers have been designed to stop rain or wind finding a way in, they also allows you complete freedom of movement and won't restrict your movement, even when worn over other clothing such as fleeces.
Lightweight and compact
DRYKORE is incredibly lightweight, to the extent that you will hardly notice that you are wearing it, and certainly won’t notice the extra weight when it is packed in your rucksack or holdall. It also folds up to a very compact size and will easily fit in a side pocket of your Compac carryall or rucksack, or even one of the Korda Compac EVA Pouches (ideal if you’re packing it away wet and need to transport it home). Plus the jacket can be rolled up in such a way that it will fit inside the hood.
KORDA DRYKORE WATERPROOF JACKET
The concept of the DRYKORE Waterproof Jacket was to create a waterproof coat that was perfect for anglers, as well as being great for any outdoor use, and it was designed under the guidance of Korda boss Danny Fairbrass, who had been able to find an existing product that fitted his needs at a reasonable price.
Before its release, the Korda DRYKORE Jacket underwent extensive testing by Danny and the Korda team, in real fishing situations and in extreme conditions, in order to get it just right.
The end result was a waterproof and breathable jacket that is perfect to wear not only when out on the bank, but in any situation where you might require such a garment, and which offers fantastic performance; great value-for-money; and also looks the part and is extremely comfortable to wear, thanks to all the design features that have been incorporated into it.
As well as the benefits offered by the DRYKORE material, the design itself ensures that it will meet all of your angling, and outdoor, needs.
The neck comes up high enough to keep out any draughts, whilst featuring a soft-touch flap to prevent the zipper rubbing against your face of chin – something that can be really annoying, especially with stubble or a beard!
The Korda Waterproof Jacket features an integral hood, which is adjustable via a toggle at the back, to enable a tight fit whether wearing it over the top of a cap or your naked head, and ensure that it won’t keep blowing off in windy conditions. It also features a rigid peak that ensures it keeps it shape and won’t sag down and obscure your vision, whilst also ensuring that water runs off down the sides and doesn’t drip down onto your face.
The way it has been tailored, utilising the DRYKORE fabric, means that it is longer at the back to prevent it riding up when you sit down. This special fabric also allows plenty of movement for activities such as casting and playing fish, to ensure that your movements won’t feel constrained.
A common issue with waterproof coats when you are fishing is that whenever you raise your arms to cast or play a fish, water runs down the inside of your sleeves and soaks into whatever you’re wearing underneath. But thanks to the Velcro fastenings around the cuffs, which provide a tight yet comfortable fit, that isn’t a problem you have to worry about when wearing the DRYKORE waterproof jacket.
There are two large external pockets that can be used for storage of any items you need easy access to, but are also perfectly positioned to protect your hands from the elements. In addition, there are two internal pockets - a small one that is ideal for storing car keys, and a larger one that will easily house a mobile phone or wallet.
All of the pockets feature high quality zips for longevity, as does the jacket itself via the full length main zip, which has been designed so as to prevent water entering through it.

KORDA DRYKORE WATERPROOF OVER-TROUSERS
Following the huge success of the DRYKORE Waterproof Jackets, it made sense to design and manufacture some waterproof over-trousers to go with it and ensure that you stay warm and dry on the bank, whatever the weather.
The DRYKORE Waterproof Over Trousers use the same breathable, waterproof material that is found on the jackets, and are packed full of features which make them ideal for angling, or other outdoor activities.
They’ve been tailored to fit your lower body well and provide plenty of room to fit over your normal clothing, such as the Korda Heavy Joggers or Korda Polar Kombats, but without feeling excessively baggy.
To reduce bulkiness around the waist, we have opted for a combination of a quick-release belt with an elasticated waistband, which keep the DRYKORE Trousers securely in place and prevents them from falling down, yet allows you to take them off quickly and easily when you want to.
These Korda Over Trousers are packed full of features, such as such as waterproof zips on each side that extend all the way down to the knee and allow for easy access to the pockets in whichever trousers you are wearing underneath. This eliminates the frustration of getting all your waterproofs on and then struggling to access your car keys or mobile phone, which are in your trouser pockets underneath.
These trousers feature adjustable Velcro tabs on the leg openings, so they are easy to put on quickly but can then be fastened securely around whatever waterproof footwear you are wearing – whether that be a pair of walking style boots or wider diameter moon boots – but still allow quick and easy access.
The Stretch Fit material used to make these Waterproof Trousers allows freedom of movement, have microfibre knee patches, which not only increase the durability in an area which is prone to wear, but also improve comfort when you are kneeling down on the ground. Available in size from small to 3 XL.
